provide board and CEO development. Our executive
team consists of Kelly McCarthy co-founder and
CEO and Thomas Meury co-founder and CFO.
Ms. McCarthy is a 15 year veteran of the
investment banking community. Ms. McCarthy has
held various positions as a stock broker,
syndicate manager, VP of investment banking and
finally CEO of InfusionCapital which was founded
in 2003. She has been involved in more than 200
IPO's, Secondary offerings and private
placements raising over $2B in capital for
emerging growth companies. One of her areas of
special interest is in CEO and Life Coaching.
Mr. Meury has 20 years experience as CFO and
COO. Mr. Meury received his MBA from
Northeastern University and runs the European
investments for InfusionCapital. Mr. Meury is a
US and Swiss citizen and speaks both
German and English fluently. Many of the
companies that InfusionCapital works with find
their capital outside the US.
