operations of the company and helps position Infusion clients
for growth opportunities. She uniquely understands how to link
together people, strategy and operations—the three core

With over ten years in investment banking, Kelly is a formidable
strategist and business development expert in a wide range of
industries. She has played a key role in raising over $1
billion in financing for her client-companies.
Through her work with companies ranging in size from small
start-ups to industry leaders, she has gained unique insights in
strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business plan
execution. She is well connected and respected on Wall
Street.
Kelly has extensive experience as
an officer, director and consultant to both public and private
companies. She has directed and worked on more than 100
Initial Public Offerings and Private Placement Stock Offerings.
She has held Officer positions in two public companies and most
recently been the Treasurer of the Board for a public electric
utility.
